- We have over 1,800 companies to order from.
- With special orders, we require a $5.00 deposit or payment in full for the item(s)
being ordered that totals $50.00 and under. For special orders over $50.00, half of the full amount needs to be paid. Any special orders over $100.00 needs to be paid in full.
- When the item(s) arrives we will call the customer to let them know their item(s)
are ready for pickup. The deposit or payment for the item will be non-refundable.
- The product will be held for six weeks after the initial call is made, unless the
customer contacts the store to make different arrangements. If no other arrangements are made, after six weeks it will be placed on the shelf. If the customer does not respond to the first phone call, two more friendly reminder calls may be made.
- Special orders are not returnable.
- When ordering refrigerated items half of the case quantity must be paid in full by
customers before the order will be placed. For example, in a case of six a customer is required to buy three items.
- 10% off when purchasing in bulk or by the case. Bulk orders may range from 5lbs
to 50lbs depending on the company's packaging. For example if organic rolled oats comes in a 50lb bag, you would buy the entire bag for the discount. Case orders may range from 4 to 24 items. For example if yogurt comes in a case of 24, you would buy all 24 to receive the discount.
- When special ordering items non-refrigerated, the customer is required to buy 1/3
of that case. For example if the product comes in a case of twelve the customer is required to buy four.
